Inside our modern studios, something amazing is happening. With our fun atmosphere, highly trained staff and best equipment in the industry, we push past the norms of a typical wellness studio and deliver the Icebox, customer-centric, best-three-minutes-of-your-day, cool experience!

From athletic performance, pain management, skin and overall wellness, Icebox gives you the best innovative cold therapy experience. We do cold really well!

It is cold but not painful! Temperatures are very tolerable and the session only lasts 3 minutes!

Don’t worry, we got you covered! Icebox will provide all your protective wear for your treatment, including a comfy robe, socks, slippers, & gloves.

We ask that ladies leave on their undergarments and men wear cotton boxers. We also have boxers & camisoles available for guests if they need them.

The cryotherapy session is only 3 minutes long, but it’ll be the best 3 minutes of your day!

The first appointment with Icebox can take about 30 minutes because we like to fully educate our guests and help with any questions they may have.

After the first appointment, typically an Icebox guests can get in and out in 12-15 minutes.

Because the effects of cryotherapy are different for every guest, it will depend entirely on how your body reacts to the session. Guests typically experience a rush of endorphins, making you feel good and more energetic!

Many guests experience also less pain after cryo which is caused by the flush of inflammation in the body. Cryo can improve sleep, and some guests feel the first impact the next morning after a sleep cycle.

Cryotherapy is a safe and effective treatment. The Icebox Wellness Coordinator running your session is fully trained on safety and operational protocols. They are capable of stopping the session if you should want to get out before your session is done.

Likewise, there is no lock on the door of the Icebox so you can step out at any time. Cryotherapy does have a few contraindications, including pregnancy and certain heart conditions.

Cryotherapy isn’t just for adults - many teens love to reap the benefits too!

Parental permission is required for children 12 and older. A doctor’s note is required for children under 12.

This is dependent on what you are using cryotherapy for, but consistency is key to experiencing optimal benefits from cryo!

We recommend compounding treatments in the beginning: a minimum of 2-3 times in a 7-10 day period for the best results.

Yes – you can do either! Some people enjoy the endorphin rush before hitting the gym while others prefer cryotherapy after a workout.

We accept HSA/FSA! Many of our guests use their health savings account cards just like a credit card.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. You can always ask your insurance provider if they can reimburse you, but we do not accept insurance for payment.

Ice baths and Whole Body Cryotherapy are two different methods used for cold therapy.

Ice baths require submerging the body in a tub of cold water for up to ten minutes, whereas Whole Body Cryotherapy involves using chilled air in a cryotherapy machine for up to 2-3 minutes.

Cryotherapy uses extremely cold air in the range of -220°F to -280°F whereas the temperature of water in an ice-bath varies from 45°F to 60°F.

There is no risk of hypothermia in Cryotherapy, unlike ice-baths which carry the risk of inducing irregular heartbeat, potentially leading to a heart attack or other heart complications.

We recommend 3-6 treatments in the same area for best results. The need for additional sessions are dependent upon the client’s desired results.

The longevity of Cryotherma results is dependent upon the client’s willingness/capability to follow proper aftercare protocols and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Cold and hot temperatures induce thermal shock to melt fat, tighten, and tone the skin. Fat cells are then flushed out through lymphatic drainage, urine, and sweat.

It works very similarly for cellulite treatments (CryoTherma Smooth), where thermal shock releases fat lipids in the pockets of cellulite, then flush through the lymphatic system.

For best results, scheduling 3-6 treatments 7-14 days apart is recommended.

Legs, abdomen, love handles, glutes, arms, hips, and back.

For CryoTherma Tone and Smooth treatments to be successful, it is essential to facilitate lymphatic drainage following each session. By including the additional steps routinely, you will promote the natural flush of lipids through your lymphatic system:

    • 20-30 minutes of compression (included in CryoTherma Body 3-pack)
    • Red Light Therapy (included in CryoTherma Body 3-pack)
    • A vigorous 30-minute workout same day as treatment
    • Exercise routine that induces sweat
    • Excessive water intake
    • Whole Body Cryotherapy (recommended before CryoTherma service)

Cold and hot temperatures induce thermal shock to stimulate fibroblasts in the skin, to reinvigorate dormant collagen and elastin stored in the tissue.

For best results, scheduling 3-6 treatments as close together as possible is recommended.

Abdomen, legs, knees, arms, neck/chest, chin, glutes, love handles, and back.

For CryoTherma Tighten treatments to be successful, it is essential to obtain consistency between appointments and uphold common anti-aging rituals. By including the additional steps routinely, you will promote the production of collagen and elastin and increase blood circulation:

    • Red Light Therapy (included in CryoTherma Body 3-pack)
    • 20-30 minutes of compression (included in CryoTherma Body 3-pack)
    • Minimal sun exposure on the treated area
    • NO sun tanning beds
    • Stay hydrated
    • Keep skin moisturized
    • Exercise regularly

Although your skin is exposed to extreme cold temperatures, the Cryotherma treatments are pain free. If you are sensitive to cold, the treatment may feel a bit uncomfortable at first and take time to get used to.

With constant motion and movement of the device wand, the cold temperature is easily adaptive. Most clients don’t realize the temperature after about 5 minutes, making it a relaxing and pleasant experience with no downtime.

We recommend not to eat a heavy carb meal before your appointment.
